Naya

Naya is the operator feature inside IsonAI: it turns your goal into a structured mission — building a plan, working through safe tasks, finding supporting sources, producing documents, and saving progress so you can continue later. Its tagline: "Mengubah tujuan menjadi hasil nyata."

Naya is not a separate app — it uses the same IsonAI account, at isonai.net/naya.

When creating a mission, you can pick a category of common Indonesian matters (Usaha & UMKM, Dokumen & Birokrasi, Keuangan & Pajak, Kesehatan & BPJS, and more) and fill in optional fields — location, target date, budget, special conditions, document attachments. The more complete, the more accurate the result.

Mission Room

Every mission has a persistent workspace with its own link (isonai.net/naya/<mission-id>, private to your account):

  • Summary — the final result, ready-to-use documents, key findings.
  • Plan — tasks you can open one by one.
  • Deliverables — full documents: open in full, copy, print/PDF, or download as Markdown.
  • Sources — the Evidence Ledger: a list of every source used (title, link, snippet, official-source marker) for you to check yourself.

The Export PDF button downloads a complete mission report with the IsonAI logo.

How Naya works

Naya uses IsonAI Omni as its main engine. For research tasks, it searches in stages — several queries, opening key pages, prioritizing official sources (.go.id sites) — then composes a summary that distinguishes verified facts from assumptions.

Request revisions or additional work through the instruction field in the Mission Room; Naya creates follow-up tasks on the same mission without losing context. Missions can be paused, resumed, or deleted.

Indonesian Affairs Packs and freshness

Naya provides nine structured workflows: SME tax & administration, Jobs & scholarships, KUA & marriage, BPJS & civil documents, Vehicles & property, Regulation monitoring, Land certificates & affairs, Police services (SKCK and reports), and CSO founding & legality.

The packs do not store rates, deadlines, requirements, or document lists as permanent template facts. Every run:

  • searches only relevant agency, legal-documentation, or program-owner domains;
  • reopens source pages through the safe fetch path and records the time, final URL, and content hash;
  • requires at least two genuinely reopened official pages, source-record diversity, one primary source, one current official signal, and a legal-status or requirements signal;
  • uses only the accepted Evidence Ledger to produce analysis, checklists, and drafts.

When that contract is not met, Naya shows Blocked and does not fill operational guidance from model memory. Verification lasts only 3 to 24 hours, depending on the pack. Once it expires, output and PDF export are locked until the user selects Reverify; this removes the old generated output and reopens sources from scratch.

A system cannot verify a government change that has not been published or an official site that has not yet been updated. Naya's label therefore means “official sources were successfully verified at the recorded time”; it does not cover off-channel agency changes.

Background Tasks

Background Tasks run missions after the browser is closed. You can schedule a one-off, daily, or weekly run in WIB, WITA, or WIT; pause or resume it; run it now; inspect run history; and retry failed runs. Results appear in Naya notifications. Only when the result changes uses the first run as a baseline and notifies you only when a later result changes.

Each run still counts toward the daily mission quota. Free accounts can keep 1 background task and Pro accounts 10.

Approval boundaries

  • Safe tasks — searching, analyzing, calculating, drafting — run automatically.
  • Plans with real-world impact stop at an approval gate for your review.
  • Once Google is connected, Naya can create/update/delete Calendar events; create Gmail drafts, send, or reply; and create or update Google Docs/text files in Drive.
  • Every Google action shows the exact target and content, expires after 24 hours, and does not run before your explicit approval. Double clicks are blocked and safely repeatable operations keep the same action identity.
  • Payments, signatures, official submissions, and services outside this allowlist remain manual handoffs. Naya does not claim completion before the provider confirms it. If a Gmail send has an uncertain outcome after a connection loss, Naya tells you to check Sent and does not automatically retry.

Quota and result language

  • Free: 3 missions per day, 5 revisions per mission. Pro: 8 missions per day, 15 revisions per mission. Limits renew daily on WIB time.
  • Result language can be chosen per mission: Bahasa Indonesia or English.
