Indonesian public services
IsonAI understands Indonesian administrative and civic affairs, and answers from official government sources, not model memory alone. The capability works in three layers.
Procedures and rules from official sources
Questions like "how much does an SKCK cost", "is my old land certificate still valid", or "how do I found a civil-society organization" are answered from a curated regulatory base verified against primary sources (regulations, official fee schedules, official channels), reinforced by live search of the relevant agency sites. Figures and fees are always tied to their legal basis; unverified claims are not sent.
Live public data straight from official channels
For fast-changing data, IsonAI fetches data from the publisher's official channel when you ask, then answers with the exact figure and period from that source:

If an official channel cannot be verified at that moment, IsonAI says so and points to the official channel; it never fabricates figures. When another site states a different figure, the official publisher's figure is used.
For other services (for example LHKPN wealth reports, social-aid checks, voter rolls, BPOM and halal product checks, DJKI trademarks, vehicle tax, or passports), IsonAI walks you through the steps and links the official portal.
Official data card
Answers that use data from the official channels above show an Official data card under the answer: the agency's name and logo, the kind of data, when it was fetched (WIB), and a link to the official channel so you can check it yourself. That channel is also placed first in the source list with an Official tag. When the answer is built through a search, the progress line also names the agency being contacted. Logos indicate where the data comes from; they do not imply a partnership with the agency. The card stays when you reopen the conversation from history.
Reading your own identity documents
The structure of a NIK, family-card number, NPWP, or licence plate that you type yourself can be read instantly, for example the issuing province, regency/city, and district of a NIK along with the encoded birth date. This runs locally on IsonAI servers without sending your number anywhere, and always carries a note that it is a structural reading; the validity of population data can only be confirmed through Dukcapil.
Privacy limits
IsonAI does not look up other people's personal data; requests such as finding someone's NIK are refused and redirected to official channels. Personal data is processed only when you type it yourself in the message, and registries that are genuinely public by design (such as officials' LHKPN reports or legal-entity profiles) are answered as-is with their sources.
