Operator: Epithre.* These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IsonAI, an AI assistant platform operated by Epithre. ("we", "us", "our"). IsonAI is accessible at [isonai.com](https://www.isonai.com) and through the IsonAI app for iPhone and iPad. By accessing or using IsonAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of IsonAI after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. ## 1. Eligibility You must be at least **13 years old** to use IsonAI. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use IsonAI with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. By using IsonAI, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements. If we have reason to believe that a user does not meet the minimum age requirement or is using the service without required parental consent, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate that account. Users who have been previously banned or had their accounts terminated for violations of these Terms may not create new accounts. ## 2. Account Tiers & Registration IsonAI offers the following access tiers: - **Guest:** No registration required. Limited access with restricted daily usage. - **Free:** Requires registration with email, Google, or Apple. Full access to standard features. - **Pro:** A higher tier with a larger daily quota and access to the Extra Deep and Core Thinking modes. A paid Pro plan is not yet available to the public; for now, Pro is granted only through promotions. If paid features or subscriptions are introduced, they will be offered through in-app purchase where applicable. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Each person may only maintain one account. We reserve the right to merge or terminate duplicate accounts. ## 3. Acceptable Use Policy You agree to use IsonAI in a lawful and responsible manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited: **Prohibited Content.** You may not use IsonAI to generate, request, or distribute: - Content that exploits or endangers minors in any way - Malware, exploit code, or instructions for cyberattacks - Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or dangerous substances - Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexually explicit content involving real individuals - Content intended to harass, threaten, defame, or doxx any person - Content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination against any group - Spam, phishing content, or material designed to defraud others - Deliberately false or misleading information intended to cause harm **Prohibited Behavior.** You may not: - Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any safety filters, rate limits, or access controls - Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or excessively access the service - Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, or other techniques to manipulate AI behavior beyond its intended use - Impersonate another person, entity, or AI system - Use AI-generated content to deceive others by presenting it as human-created work in contexts where disclosure is required (e.g., academic submissions, official documents) - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or systems - Resell, redistribute, or commercially sublicense access to IsonAI without written permission - Use the Memory feature to store illegal, harmful, or abusive content - Use connected third-party services (such as Google Calendar, Gmail, or Drive) through IsonAI in any manner that violates those services' terms of use You may use AI-generated outputs for personal, educational, and commercial purposes, provided such use complies with these Terms and applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates this Acceptable Use Policy, with or without prior notice. ## 4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer > AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or biased. Always verify important information independently. IsonAI uses artificial intelligence models to generate responses. You acknowledge and agree that: - AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or fabricated information ("hallucinations"). IsonAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output. - AI outputs do **not** constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, tax, or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making important decisions. - You are solely responsible for evaluating, verifying, and deciding how to use any AI-generated content. Any reliance on AI output is at your own risk. - The AI may autonomously perform actions such as web searches, page retrieval, or querying connected services to answer your questions. You acknowledge that these automated actions are performed on your behalf and that the accuracy of retrieved information is not guaranteed. - The AI may decline to respond to certain requests for safety, legal, or ethical reasons. This is by design and not a defect in the service. - Similar or identical prompts may produce different results at different times. Outputs are not guaranteed to be consistent or reproducible. ## 5. Intellectual Property **Your Content.** You retain ownership of the content you provide to IsonAI ("Input"). You also own the AI-generated responses produced in response to your Input ("Output"), subject to the following: - AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be unique. Other users may receive similar or identical outputs from similar prompts. - Images created with the image generation feature are subject to the license terms of the underlying model. **Our Content.** All rights in the IsonAI platform, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, documentation, and user interface, are owned by Epithre. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding. **Limited License.** By using IsonAI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process your Input solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. ## 6. Data & Privacy Your use of IsonAI is also governed by our [Privacy Policy](/en/privacy-policy/), which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Key points include: - Conversations are stored on our self-hosted servers located in Indonesia. They are not sold to or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. - All AI inference and image generation are processed on our own servers. No conversation data or prompts are sent to external AI providers. - When web search is performed, search queries (not conversations) may be transmitted to third-party search engines. - If you connect third-party services such as Google Calendar, Gmail, or Google Drive, data from those services is accessed in accordance with the permissions you grant and is processed in real time without permanent storage. - You may delete individual conversations, memories, or your entire account at any time. Third-Party Services IsonAI integrates with or relies on certain third-party services to provide its features. These include, but are not limited to: - **Web Search:** IsonAI may search the web on your behalf to retrieve current information. Search queries are sent to third-party search engines. IsonAI is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party websites or search results. - **Google Connected Services:** If you connect your Google account, IsonAI can access Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Drive data within the scope of permissions you grant. This integration is subject to [Google's Terms of Service](https://policies.google.com/terms). You can revoke access at any time. - **Authentication:** If you sign in with Google or Apple, your authentication is processed through that provider's services and subject to its terms. - **Security Check:** Sign-up and guest chat use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare receives technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics, but not your conversations. We are not liable for any changes, outages, or disruptions to third-party services, nor for any content provided by them. ## 8. Code Execution Sandbox IsonAI provides a code execution sandbox feature that allows you to run code within a controlled environment. By using this feature, you acknowledge that: - We are not responsible for the output, behavior, or consequences of any code executed in the sandbox, whether written by you or generated by the AI. - The sandbox is provided for experimentation and learning purposes. It is not intended as a production environment. - We reserve the right to limit, restrict, or terminate sandbox sessions at any time, including for resource consumption, security concerns, or abuse. - You must not use the sandbox to attempt to access, attack, or compromise our systems, infrastructure, or network. ## 9. Service Availability & Modifications IsonAI is provided on an **"as is"** and **"as available"** basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the service at all times. We reserve the right to: - Modify, update, or discontinue any feature or the entire service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. - Perform maintenance that may result in temporary service interruptions. - Suspend or terminate any user's access if they violate these Terms or if we determine, at our sole discretion, that continued access poses a risk to the service or other users. ## 10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia: - IsonAI and Epithre. are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. - In no event shall Epithre., its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. - Epithre. shall not be liable for any damages arising from: the accuracy or inaccuracy of AI-generated content; decisions made based on AI output; actions taken by the AI on your behalf (such as web searches); unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; or interruption of service. - Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of IsonAI shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. For users on free or guest tiers, this amount is zero. **Force Majeure.** We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, government actions, pandemics, or cyberattacks. ## 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of IsonAI, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [hello@epithre.com](mailto:hello@epithre.com). If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Indonesian versions of these Terms, the Indonesian version shall prevail to the extent required by Indonesian law. ## 12. General Provisions **Severability.** If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. **Entire Agreement.** These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Epithre. regarding your use of IsonAI, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. **No Waiver.** Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. **Assignment.** You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. ## 13.
