# Account & sign-in

## Signing up

At [isonai.net](https://isonai.net):

- **Email** — sign up with an email address; a verification code is sent to your email. Didn't receive the code? Check your spam folder, use the resend link (available after a short countdown), or make sure the address is correct.
- **Google** — the "Masuk dengan Google" button.
- **Apple** — "Sign in with Apple".

Google/Apple accounts have no separate IsonAI password — just sign back in with the same button.

With an account: conversation history is saved and synced across devices, [memory](/en/memory/) and personalization are active, and the full daily quota is granted. Guest users are limited to a small number of messages per day.

When signing up, a short captcha check may appear to block automated registrations.

## Forgot your password

1. Click "Lupa kata sandi?" on the sign-in page (or open [isonai.net/forgot](https://isonai.net/forgot)).
2. Enter your account email; a reset code is sent to that email.
3. Create a new password.

## Profile and settings

From the Settings menu in chat:

- **Profile** — name and basic preferences.
- **Change password** (email accounts).
- **Custom Instructions** — personal directions that apply across all conversations.
- **Memory** — enable/disable memory; manage its contents at [/memory](https://isonai.net/memory).
- **Interface language & theme**.
- **Usage** — today's quota usage; see [Plans & quota](/en/plans/).
- **Sessions** — view and revoke sign-in sessions on other devices.

## iOS app

Search for **"IsonAI"** on the App Store. Sign in with the same account; history and memory sync with the web. App features are continuously updated to follow the web version.

## Deleting your account

Settings → **Delete account**. Deletion is **permanent** — conversations, memory, preferences, and connected-service authorizations are deleted with it, completed within 30 days. See [Privacy & data](/en/privacy/).
